Do we need experience?
Not at all. Our private classes are suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced
movers. Your instructor will tailor the session to your group’s experience level, ensuring everyone
feels comfortable, confident and has fun.
How many people can attend?
Our Reformer Pilates classes can accommodate up to 8 guests, while our Mat Pilates and Barre
classes can host up to 12 guests. If you have a larger group, get in touch and we’ll do our best to
create a package that works for you.
What should we wear?
We recommend comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are ideal for
Reformer Pilates, while trainers aren’t required for any of our classes. Just bring a bottle of water
and we’ll take care of the rest.
